Prestigious penthouse in the historic center, equipped with every comfort; it is very bright and enjoys, from the living area, a splendid panoramic view of the historic center of Sulmona, in particular the beautiful facade of the Church of SS Annunziata.
Access to the apartment is guaranteed, directly at home, by an elevator; recently renovated, it has two bathrooms, whirlpool and chromotherapy, large living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with professional hob, oven and microwave dishwasher and all appliances. Wifi, LAN, LED TV in every room. Quadrifonia TV sound system in the living area. Comfortable outdoor panoramic terrace to dine and dine in the milder months. Overlooking the beautiful mountains of the Peligna Valley (Maiella and Morrone) from the sleeping area.
Guests have access to the entire apartment, with the exception of a small room which we reserve as a warehouse. For our guests there is a large library and many cases and walls equipped with containers.
We are available to welcome our guests and make them feel a little "at home", pampered in the best way. We hope to be successful. We can recommend the procedures for arrival by your own means or by public transport, the parking lots from which the structure is easily accessible. The property is located in the historic center, limited traffic area of the ZTL from 10.30 in the morning until 13.30 and from 17.30 to 01.00. We can organize ourselves to make your arrival as smooth as possible.
Possibility of joining the two single beds of the second bedroom and creating an additional double bed. The price includes bed linen and towels.

Luciano was a great host. He was professional, personable, and a great communicator. The apartment was immaculate. It was located in the central part of the historic area, which made it very convenient for shopping and dining. To my wife’s delight, the hairdryer even had a diffuser for curly hair! We would recommend the apartment and would certainly rebook it if we return to Sulmona.

The Loveliest Place to Stay in Sulmona

The pictures do not do justice to this great apartment! It is fresh, modern and well appointed. Our host went out of his way to welcome us and was easy to communicate with. We were two couples traveling together and the apartment worked out well for us. The panoramic views over the old town and then the mountains beyond are breathtaking! The location is excellent for a visit to Sulmona, minutes away from sights, shops and restaurants.

Perfect and Beautiful Place to Stay!!

This apartment has everything and more! The view of the mountains and the town are breathtaking! There was plenty of room for my husband and I and 2 adult children. It is located in the older part of town, very close to everything that you will want to visit. There is a lift, so you do not need to struggle with stairs. The owner, Luciano, was very communicative, and really helpful in arranging for the town's only taxi to pick us up from the train station. He responds quickly, and has made sure that the home is perfect in every way. I highly recommend this location for your stay in Sulmona. If and when we return, it will be our first choice! Would definitely return!

Wonderful Sulmona

Luciano was a great host helping with our arrival and departure. The apartment provides everything you need and is a great location as a home base to explore the Abruzzo countryside.

Perfection in Sulmona!

This apartment is simply gorgeous! It’s grand view overlooking the old town of Sulmona is spectacular. The apt is so well designed, tastefully decorated and very comfortably furnished. Luciano was generous with his provisions and welcomed us with warmth and enthusiasm. He went out of his way to assist us and told us to call him with any questions or concerns. One of the very best

The apartment is elegant, modern, practical, with every convenience including strong Wi-Fi, a well equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. Perhaps the best rental I have ever experienced. Sulmona is a great homebase for much of beautiful Abruzzo, and the historic center is enchanting - a great place for walking. This apartment is in the historic center, on the top floor (with an elevator) with a fabulous view especially at night. The fact that parking is not allowed in the center should not be a concern because parking is available just outside the center near the apartment. In fact Luciano picked us up, but it is a nearby easy walk. In addition to enjoying the old city, we drove to Pescoconstanzo- highly recommended by way of SS487 - and Castel del Monte to the north. In town we enjoyed two restaurants recommended by Luciano: Cantina di Biffi and Buonvento. Both needed reservations, even in September. I unqualifiedly recommend this fabulous apartment, and am great full for Luciano’s gracious hosting.

Exceptional apartment. Exceptional Host.

I would not stay in any other place when I visit Sulmona. This is the perfect place. Luciano's home is exceptional. It does not lack anything. You have more than you would expect. Just the views alone is worth it. Most of all Luciano is above and beyond the exceptional host. He does everything to help and make it perfect. He took great care of us. I hope to return to Sulmona and if I do...I will go back to Lucianos. Thank you Luciano for everything you did. I hope to see you again.

Fantastic Place

This property is perfect, best views from every window! Luciano is a fantastic host, who will go out of his way to make sure you are looked after. The apartment is a great size, plenty of room for a family. The additions of juice, bottled water, milk & breakfast items was a welcomed surprise. Definitely will stay on return. Awesome stay at a beautiful apartment

We had a wonderful stay at Luciano's beautiful apartment. Luciano is detail oriented and provides all the information needed to enjoy your stay. His apartment is breathtaking the moment you walk in. Everything is decorated in such class! We would take walks to the Piazza right from the room. Everything was so close and convenient. We loved the terrace. The view is amazing. If in Sulmona this is the perfect spot! I would love to come back. Thank you Luciano for all your assistance and patience helping us making Sulmona a beautiful part of our stay!

I HIGHLY recommend this property!

I cannot say enough about this place. It has EVERYTHING: view, location, amenities, ease of communication with owner Luciano, beauty, style, and all conveniences. From the booking on to checkout it was a pleasure dealing with Luciano. He is considerate and thoughtful and it is obvious with all the nice little touches (milk, water, hand soap at each sink, paper towels, tomato sauce, pasta, extra blankets, and more) he had at the apartment that he is a wonderful host. He picked us up at the parking lot as we had a lot of luggage and the parking, although not far, was not on site. The apartment itself was designed incredibly (by Luciano) and each room was comfortable and beautiful. (The pictures on VRBO are completely accurate.) The elevator opened up directly into the apartment, which was very nice. The apartment had every convenience you could ask for and closet space galore. And the view was spectacular! We also felt very safe there. As I said at the beginning I cannot say enough about this place. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful town

Everything what is as described in this utterly charming apartment with spectacular views over the then end snow-covered rooftops of the old town in the mountains in the distance. The host could not have been more accommodating, always very fast to follow up with answers some questions and other advice. what a perfect base for exploring that strikingly beautiful area. The apartment is very close… Just a few minutes by foot… From some great restaurants with fantastic local food and wine selections.

One of the best places we have stayed in years

The owner spared nothing and building in furnishing this apartment. Everything was an excellent taste comfortable and functional. One of the things that amazed me was that there is an elevator exclusively for this apartment so that when you get in on the ground floor it opens up right into the apartment. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything one needs to cook a delicious meal. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone planning on staying in Sulmona

Pristine Jewel of Sulmona

I travelled with my mum, sisters and nieces. Because l required a visa to visit Italy, I requested Luciano to send me a letter to support my visa application. The letter was sent to me promptly, this enabled me to apply for the visas on time and travel on schedule Prior to our arrival, our host contacted me a couple of times to ask for my specific needs. On our check in date, though we arrived later than originally planned, Luciano was at the apartment to welcome us. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and well equipped just as the pictures on the website. As part of the welcome package we enjoyed the fresh pastries and other provisions for breakfast as well as other kitchen condiments Thank you for making our stay memorable in a conveniently located apartment in the historic site. We enjoyed shopping and being out late at night without worrying about traveling long distance back to the apartment. We requested an early check-out on our departure date, everything was smooth and friendly, again thank you for your hospitality including facilitating transportation for ud
