Very pleased

Our stay was great. The room was very nice and large. The bed was comfortable and huge. The hot tub was clean and worked perfect.

Everyone was nice. The bed was terrible. It was hard as a rock. The room and linens smelled musty and there was trash left in the refrigerator from the previous occupants.

Corporation management failed

The rooms were not clean and bath tub caulk were moldy. The staff were polite and friendly. However, as a corporation, Quality Inn failed to look after the comfort of their customers by providing a reasonable substitute for the cancellation of their breakfast. Instead, they offered nothing. Good customer care would have been a to go bag with some snack. It would have been a nice touch and it would have showed how much they value my business.

Don’t Bother

I have stayed in hotels all over the country. These were the worst mattresses I have felt. I actually felt one of the springs pop. The employees were unhelpful and slow when they did “help”. The room smelled musty even with the AC on. And some of the surfaces were disgusting. The base of the lamps, next to the switch, had a film on them

Short from being great but was still not bad!!!

Was taking care of some personal business and my stay lasted way longer than I. Thought and the staff accommodated my extended stay greatly but struggled to accommodate the basic needs and requests while I was staying there

Staff Great. Room Not So Much

The room was actually a nice size but it is dated to say the least. The floors are stained, walls in bathroom full of soap scum and the tub was pealing. There were white flakes on our feet after showering. The tub is also rusty. The curtains were dirty (stained) as well. The staff was great but the state of the room itself does not match the lobby decor. I expected more for $100. I felt like i was at a very cheap motel.

Upon checking in I was given a room that was already occupied. Luckily no one was in the room at the time I opened the door but I was not happy about this. It could’ve been me that was walked in on! Overall the hotel was tolerable, not the best.

Don’t do it!

The room smelled awful. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The beds were doubles, not queens and shown when I booked. The shower had hair all in it. So gross. Will never stay there again.

It was clean and staff were amazing. I didn’t like that there was only one set of washer and dryer. It made washing clothes very difficult and someone actually stole a load of our clothes from the dryer.

HORRIBLE!- Comfort Suites across the Hwy BEST!

We arrived checked in the lady was nice, got our key and my husband opened the door and it scared us cause we thought someone was sleeping in the bed. Took the key back got another room and it stunk so bad actually the whole Hotel smelt bad. The lady apologized for that said that we were not the first to say that so we got another room was not happy with that one either felt very dirty I went to start the shower and the water filled up in the tub. CLOGGED .The carpet and the air just felt so damp all over. So we called down stairs she apologized we got our stuff she was about to give us another room I said no sorry I would like a refund. Obviously the cleaning people were not in because there were a lot of rooms open that were dirty at least 7 of them that we saw. It was so late as is when we got there 11:30 pm so with that we drove across to Comfort Suites HOPING by chance they had a room. We had just stayed there the week before but we were not able to book it online through Hotels.com that is why we had no choice to book Quality Suites horrible mistake! YES they had a room for us! Never again will I even try to stay at another Hotel in Sulfur if Hotels.com says full at Comfort Suites I'm just going go as a walk in, by far the best Hotel I rate that a 10... Do not waste your time at Quality Suites very very NASTY no matter what the reviews say cause I do not know what Hotel they are talking about when they gave this one EXCEPTIONAL.. No way is this the hotel for families!

Sad in sulphur

Hotel had many unruly people loitering around the outside when we drove up. Lobby looks like it hadnt veen vacuumed in a month. Despite sign saying all rooms were smoke free, our room reeked of smoke, especially the bed sheets. Bathroom had a sticky film all over it plus mold in shower. Extremely disappointed.

Found everything to be clean. A very nice breakfast. Easy to get to from interstate. Hotel looks freshly painted and it was cold and wet out but we were nice and warm on first floor. Will definitely stay there again.

No TV. No Breakfast. 1 hour to check in.

Took an hour to check in. They did not stock the kitchen for breakfast therefore there was not food available in the morning. The TV did not work. No one answered when you called the front desk.
