This facility needs to have new management. Refrigerator did not work lost all my food, milk, butter, coffee creamer. Sink faucet did not work. Bathroom floor corners and shower not clean. Noticeable cracked floor tiles, not safe for bare feet. Spoke with on site manager was promised that I would be contacted by general manager in order to "make it right".....Did not happen. Clarion in Sulphur Springs is way better.

Located near several food choices, but still in a quiet area. Bed was hard, I personally do not care for a very hard mattress . Staff was SUPER friendly and welcoming.

Seldom does one find a super clean hotel and room. This one is both and i was impressed. Breakfast was awesome too. The woman running the breakfast room should get a raise.

The only issue was that I booked a room for 5. It said it slept 5. There were 2 queen beds, no fold out couch. That does not sleep 5. The breakfast was really good!

Our only issue was the heating didn’t seem to work properly. It would take 30 minutes or more to cycle on once you turned upthe thermostat, and it wouldn’t stay on very long or come back on by itself, so the room stayed chilly. To be fair to the hotel, we were out at a family members a lot and were tired after driving a long way, and so never reported it, so that’s on us.

Not up to Hampton Inn's usual standards.

No wifi, only one chair and a desk chair at that--no arm chair at all. We asked the desk and the clerk said he'd look for one but nothing ever happened.

The room showed serious signs of age. Cracked bathroom floor tiles, very dirty upholstery on bench. Not a good value for the price or the quality expected from Hampton Inn. Won’t stay again.

Somewhat rundown

Room conditions and other areas need upkeep. Wallpaper coming off walls. Tile with multiple cracks. Medicinal cleaner odor permeated throughout room from bathroom all 3 days. Could have been cleaner. Not what I expected from a Hilton hotel. Staff was helpful and fantastic.
