"My 4th time staying at this hotel for the past 18 months. All for work purpose. In Kerteh, I would say this is the best hotel you can stay. But if compared to any hotel in KL , this is just decent hotel. Plus point are this hotel have a nice beach and swimming pool. AND I don't understand why your management decide to no longer offer bed with breakfast. Breakfast is by walk-in customer only now. Tp mood bercuti dgn anak2 jadi tak best bile kene tunggu lame pekerja resort cuci kolam hari check out tu.. anak2 tak sabar nk mandi tp kene tunggu lama.. kenapa tak cuci seawal pagi lg.. kesian anak2 bercuti nk seronok kalo tak boleh gune kolam lebih baik kami booking resort atau hotel yg ta ade kolam je.."
