"The good: Great location- right on a beautiful lake. The host provides access to boats. Kim is very helpful, and easy to reach. The house is in a nice little community- good place to relax with family/friends, hike, boat, etc. The appliances seemed to be working fine. There was hot water. The not so good: The property is very old with a weird layout. There is unsecured storage area in one side of the property. Everything in the house is very dated. The written instructions by owner for sleeper...

"Beautiful Space, and definitely compact, but perfect for a solo traveler. Great place to decompress after a long day, and close to the Mountain Loop Hwy to explore once I had more time. The hosts communications were detailed and very helpful, especially since cell signal isn't the greatest in that area. "

"I enjoyed my 2 night stay at the garden guest house. It was cozy and quiet, with a very comfortable bed. The small kitchenette had everything I needed for a quick breakfast and coffee (French Press) and the little old fashioned oven was darling. Thanks for a great stay in Silver Lake- it was perfect for a quick trip. "
