"The hotel is really well-maintained, and the staff were super helpful, especially when we needed to change our beds on short notice. They even assisted us in getting tickets to both castles when we couldn't manage to do it online. Our room was nice—though not super spacious, it was tidy and cozy. The view from the windows was absolutely fantastic, overlooking the castle! One quirky thing is that the toilet is tucked away in a small closet, which might be a bit snug for those with claustrophobia. On the other side, the bidet is in a separate room along with the shower and sink! There’s no A/C, but they kindly provided a fan. Certain time of the day, the room smelled like food/bacon. Overall, we had a lovely stay at this property!"

"Clean and comfortable rooms, perfect location in the hearth of old town. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was really good. Onsite parking at the back of the hotel. We were not impressed with the breakfast, we went in for breakfast at 9 am, one hour before it ended, and they were already out of croissants. "

"The check-in staff were quick, friendly, efficient, and there was no wait. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. Room was a nice size, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The walk from/to the train station wasn't too bad once we got to know the streets."
