This newly renovated canal front attached bungalow is a wonderful place to get away in the Florida Keys on a budget. Conveniently located halfway between Key West and Marathon at mile marker 27 this one bedroom, one bath unit features an efficiency kitchen and bathroom complete with stackable washer/dryer. You will enjoy a waters edge deck or sitting out on the canal front screened in porch at the close of the day watching the sun set. Bring your kayak, paddle boards to take advantage of this special swimming canal. You will have dedicated parking for your vehicle and boat/trailer, RV or toy hauler. There is a public boat launch just up the road with access to open watch. Come, Stay and the Enjoy Conch Republic Life.
