Welcome to your dream getaway in the heart of the Florida Keys! Enjoy the bay views with direct access to the Atlantic from your private dock. Perfect for boating, fishing, or relaxing by the water. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this home offers peace and privacy, with bright interiors, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. Relax on the waterfront patio, grill your fresh catch, or sip coffee while watching wildlife.

This is a West Indies inspired Caribbean home with indoor/outdoor living. Open floor plan between the kitchen living room and balcony. Each room has a queen bed, TV and its own bathroom. Two couches in the living room with Cinema style movie nights. The Master is the entire third floor with balcony view on the bay, his/her closets, bathroom, and an office space.

The entire house and dock will be yours.
Bring your own boat to enjoy the full experience. Parking is available on both sides of the house with enough space to comfortably fit 8 large vehicles.

We will always be reachable by phone to assist you and answer any questions.

The canal depth at the house is 5 to 7 ft depending on the tide; controlling channel depth out is 3ft.

Very clean and so beautiful! The view was stunning! Delphine was so pleasant to deal with and very prompt and helpful whenever I reached out. The home was in close proximity to everything we wanted to do as well, which is a plus!
