WE have LOBSTER SEASON July 15 to Aug 15 still available and room for a boat here. 3 foot control depth to the gulf or ocean! This is where you can live the Keys as it should be lived! Mostly ground level expansive 2400 sf home and with only stairs upon entry and down to large living area. Located in Sugarloaf Shores one of the best neighborhoods for biking, jogging or just walking. Luxuriously appointed pool home with 3 bedrooms each with it's own bath. Large living room with reclining leather couches, pool table and new Kitchen with quartz bar and table seating. Beautiful pool looking over crystal clear canal for additional swimming or snorkeling. Fire pit seating area and grassy empty lot adjacent for outdoor family sports. Ping pong table, 2 bikes and one 3 wheel bike, 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. Accessories for babies including one seat for bike. Lots of pictures for you to get a total feel of this home. Only 17 miles from Key West and all it has to offer. IN SEASON owner prefers 50 day minimum. NO pets allowed.
