As we had an important engagement to attend we gave up in disgust and found alternate accommodation at another location. "This property is about 700m from Hamilton Station, hub area of Hamilton, bars and eatery on walking distance, kitchen was clean but rangehood was not working, bathroom in good condition, rooms roof was noisy as it was raining during our stay and horrible sound of gusty winds as if it is crossing from your room small tiny space, paid parking $25 per night if you need which is also first come first served. We parked roadside after 5pm unlimited hours, 2 hour parking on surrounding streets. "
