"Oh my! What a great week we had! John & Bunny are amazing hosts! They have provided everything you might need …from kitchen supplies to pool toys to every “home” comfort you might want. The property is just as described online with a very private large pool and patio and bar area. The location of the home is also special as it is not only a gated community but also an aviation neighborhood and you may just be lucky enough to see a private plane rolling down your neighborhood street. With four bedrooms, two living rooms plus outdoor living… There is room for everyone! Definitely a five star experience for our family."

"Our rental was from 1/1/25 - 3/31/25. It was not only disappointing but turned out to be very stressful. The place appeared to be clean but on further observation we encountered dirt buildup in varies corners and along the walls. Lighting at the front door didn't work. we could not get into the garage for several days and when we did get in there was not remote. The TV in the guest room did not work and eventually the TV in the master BR stopped working. The furniture in the MBR was damaged and the sliding door in the MBR bath was broken and did not close. There were no grab bars or bathmats in both bathrooms. The kitchen cookware was sparse and damaged. The outside doors did not close properly, so spaces let in bugs and little lizards. Uzma, our host, did a final walk through with us and we took videos of the place. All was well until a week later we found out that she deducted 300 from our 3000 deposit. She did not explain why this was done and refused to discuss any issues. Also, the immediate area leaves a lot to be desired. In summary, the owner is deceitful, cannot be trusted and seems to have trouble telling the truth."
