"First, the check-in time listed on the site was 4:00 PM, but after arrival we were told we could not check in until 5:00 PM. The host was also very unprofessional with communication and did not provide important information unless we repeatedly reached out first. When we entered the property, there was a very strong marijuana odor throughout the home that has not gone away.
