"We booked this hotel to attend business meetings and a formal dinner. We arrived around 4:00 p.m. needing to get ready, but our room was not ready while other guests were being checked in. There were also unexpected fees, including parking charges and credit card holds for incidentals. Self-parking was not realistically available because there were not enough spaces. The most serious issue happened overnight. This is advertised as a non-smoking hotel, but around 2:30 a.m. our room filled with a suffocating smoke-like odor. Because of medical concerns, we needed a clean, safe environment. We immediately contacted the front desk, placed towels under the door, but the smell kept getting worse. At about 3:20 a.m., we were finally moved to another room. After little to no sleep, we were still charged for the full night. The general manager said the hotel “cannot control its guests” and was not accommodating. He also acknowledged that after his employee informed him of the situation, he did not get any sleep either, and that the affected rooms would not be available for guests for some time. That confirms this was not a minor inconvenience. As someone who has stayed at hundreds of Hiltons around the world, this was one of my most disappointing experiences. I expected much better from Hilton and would not recommend this location. "

"We had a lovely stay. Very clean room. Lovely towels and robes. Bedding was clean, crisp and comfortable. We didn’t get chance to enjoy the the amenities at the hotel but we could see they were above and beyond what we expected them to be. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Huge apartment style suite. Balcony with hot tub. Fireplace. Shower stall for 2, likewise huge tub for 2. King Bed with very comfortable mattress. Full kitchen with very large refrigerator, large microwave, cook-top, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, glassware, etc. Great for active family or very friendly couple. Or tripple. Or ?? BUT ! Only 2 chairs for the dining table. Useless TV due to weird remote and no instructions. Bed sits on a platform with storage drawers; nice, but puts the mattress nearly FOUR FEET above the floor !!! Suitable for young, athletic acrobats, NOT for mobility challenged seniors . . . No 'free' breakfast nor any restaurant on premises. Close to lots of trendy and 'normal' shopping and eateries."

"Perfect place for what we needed for a weekend with 4 kids and 3 adults. The condo had a well-stocked kitchen, and overall we had everything we needed during our stay. The stovetop was usable, though one side had minor damage that made me a little cautious when cleaning the surface. One thing to know: the front desk staff are not very helpful for condo-specific issues since they don’t manage the property directly, so make sure to save the welcome email with the property manager’s contact information. The resort itself was great for families. There’s a fun arcade (games cost extra), indoor/outdoor pool access, multiple pools, ping-pong tables, and activities for kids. We spent the entire weekend there without needing to leave because there was plenty to do. Overall, we had a great stay and everything we needed."
