Her charisma, warmth, and professionalism are remarkable, and it is immediately evident why she has dedicated 38 years to this property. Sue went above and beyond to make us feel valued and cared for, turning a wonderful stay into a once in a lifetime memory. She is an absolute asset to Marriott and a perfect example of what exceptional hospitality looks like. If I were to offer one small suggestion, it would be the inclusion of an airport shuttle service something we would gladly pay for, as this hotel unquestionably deserves every bit of recognition it receives.
