"This Hotel is a real gem! It is very close to the airport, has a dedicated shuttle, which operates around the clock, and well appointed rooms. My room had a coffee maker, hair dryer, microwave, refrigerator, and ample outlets for charging multiple electronic devices.Although it does not have a restaurant, there are several very close within walking distance. Check-in was fast, and the Staff were very friendly and helpful. If I come to Seattle again, I will definitely stay here."

"Check in agent Mayrose was exceptional. She had a very friendly, can-do attitude, was efficient and quick while maintaining friendly professional demeanor. She resolved parking gate frustration we had very quickly. Dinner at Seaports by the lobby was great: food was delicious, served hot and fairly quickly, and server/bartender Stephenson gave exceptional service while he also efficiently managed a very busy dining room and bar. "

"The staff was super nice and I was very surprised for the price and how nice the room was, it is an older hotel but it was a very clean hotel. My only complaint I have is that it’s also a place where people live longer than a one night stay and right next to the door was a little seating area, where they all sat and smoked. That was rough to walk past, but that was my only complaint. "

"This was overall a really great hotel, and I would easily recommend it. It's right next door to the airport and car rental facility. My only concerns were the homeless near the area (which is common for Seattle, so that was expected), and the A/C in the room, since it didn't get as cold as we prefer."
