"Absolutely to die for. I loved the experience and got ready for my wedding here. So sentimental to me"

"Negatives: The check in process was very tedious. Filling out a lengthy agreement, sending my license, a selfie, and deposit. The host was impersonal-no name, just “Your host” Lots of rules about parties and quiet hours (must sign an agreement), taking a picture of the key once it’s in the lock box at checkout, taking the trash out. The walk from the apartment to State Farm stadium is about 22 min. The powdered creamer on the counter, the pepper, and the canola oil (not sure who still uses this...

"The apartment’s amenities were excellent and very well thought out. I appreciate that items that usually wouldn’t be in a hotel were stocked at this property (full sized garbage, plates, utensils, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry in unit, etc.) I didn’t realize that the property did not have elevators until check in. It was an inconvenience concerning luggage, and I would’ve packed lighter if I knew that the unit was upstairs with no elevator access. There was a strong marijuana odor in...

"Nosotros venimos de Texas está muy bien la ubicación limpio y cualquier problema que teníamos nos contactábamos por medio de mensajes y al minuto a los dos nos contestaban muy amables y resolví nuestros problemas. Gracias muy recomendable al 100"

"Great stay"

"This was a great “home away from home” for the week. Our family enjoyed playing foosball and other board games provided. We also had a great time in the yard and accessing a playground right across the street. There were a couple of items we found difficult finding but the host is quick to communicate and respond to any questions you might have during your stay. We would definitely stay here again! "

"The property was beautiful and well kept. I would love to stay here again! The owner was so communicative and very nice. I highly recommend this property!"

"10/10 Excellent My partner and I stayed for one night and would easily give this place 10 stars. The property was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, communication was great, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Property was fantastic and so close to everything. I went to a concert and it was less than 5 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again if I travel to Glendale for another show."

"It was a great location for us and it had nice amenities and everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the place was clean. The check-in process through their computer system needs a definite improvement, but the host was very responsive and helpful. It just took way too long to check in as I entered my credit card and put my husband‘s name down on the reservation so then had to go through the whole process again with lots of back and forth to straighten out. they did grant us a...

"We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back again!"

"Clean and comfortable. Kids had a great time in the backyard pool."

"Check-in went smoothly until I got to my room and the code didn't work. Had to go back & forth to the office 3x's before a workjbg code was given. 4 drug addicts lookibg for someone else knocked ob the door in 4 hours. NO TV remote or trash can in the room. Called 4 times for a remote. Finally was switched to a new room with a remote and given a trash can by Security. Room was definitely nicer than the 1st, no unexpected knocks but unexpected guests in the form of roaches. Thankful for the...

"Great property. Lots of room for our large dog. We had fun going to spring training baseball and would come back."

"The communication from the management was phenomenal! The description matchesd the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe! It fit the needs for me and my family. I would recommend and stay again! Thank you"

"Nice little place, perfect for a couple nights. "
