Whether you're an avid golfer, ski enthusiast, or simply seeking a serene setting to mix business with pleasure in Sun Valley (in any season), this 3-bedroom golf view retreat with access to Elkhorn Resort amenities is for you! As you step inside, you're welcomed by a stunning double-volume wood-paneled entryway and a reverse floor plan that maximizes your golf course views – the bedrooms on the entry level, and a mountain-modern living space with views upstairs. The great room features a fully-equipped open kitchen, a custom dining table to seat all your guests, and classic leather couches around a stunning stone fireplace. Step outside to a golf view deck perched over the 8th green for barbeques and alfresco dinners or retreat upstairs to a stunning loft space suspended above the great room, for downtime, movie nights, or a quiet space to work.

Downstairs, guests have a choice of 3 beautifully appointed guest bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a four-poster bed and barn doors to a private ensuite bathroom with a vanity area and tub/shower combo. The second guest room features a sunny workspace, and the third guest room is quietly situated at the end of the hallway with sliding doors to a covered patio and perfectly perched Adirondack chairs overlooking the golf greens.

Elkhorn Resort Amenities

Guests of Fairway Nine have use of a seasonally heated pool, hot tub, and dry sauna within the complex, as well as communal pools, hot tubs, steam rooms, and tennis facilities at Elkhorn Resort. Additional amenities in Elkhorn are available to guests - tennis, pool, steam rooms, and discounted green fees. The mountain shuttle to Ketchum and Sun Valley is a two-minute walk from the townhome and the Wood River Bike Path is steps from your front door.

We loved staying at this property and would definitely stay here again. It was clean, well-decorated, and close to everything (downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Lodge, Bald Mountain). We enjoyed having access to the community hot tub after skiing. The floorplan worked out great for 3 couples. We give it a 5-Star rating.

Perfect for a getaway

Cycling getaway

We came to bike ride around Sun Valley on all the paved bike paths. This place was very conveniently located for us. The property was well stocked with everything you would need. The gathering areas were comfortable. Sitting on the deck in the evening was great.

Excellent condo!!

Wonderful, clean cozy condo with a beautiful view of the Elkhorn golf course on the patio! The best part was we had lots of family and rented the condo next door that is also managed by Michael and it was the best ever to be so close. Beautifully decorated and furnished and beds are super comfortable. Will definitely rent these again! Thank you again!

We have been visiting Sun Valley for years and in recent years in the month of September when things start to slow down a little. This condo was one of the best we've ever stayed in regardless of price. The managers, Michael and Michelle are on top of everything and quick to solve any problem that may arise. Great location for ski and town

This property was one of the best we have stayed in, renting in both summer trips and winter ski trips for almost 10 years. It was clean, and a great setup for a family with 3 teenagers. Close to ski hill, kids could grab bus to town or lodge, easy to get to town and restaurants, and a terrific view.

Wonderful Sun Valley Family Home

Our family stayed in this home for the week between Christmas and new years and it was perfect for our family of four. Location is ideal for kid skiing right next to dollar mountain, less than ten minutes into town right on the bus line. Home is clean, beds are great, and a nice layout and use of space for a mountain stay.
