This ground-floor corner 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located in a prime location in Sun Valley and sleeps 4 guests. This all-one-level condo has a living room with a gas fireplace, a 36-inch flat-screen TV with cable and streaming, and mountain Views. There is access to a deck off the dining area with outdoor furniture and great Bald Mountain views. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the dining table seats 8.
The master bedroom has a King bed, a 36-inch flat-screen TV with cable and streaming, and access to a small deck. The en suite bathroom has 2-sink vanity and a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a 36-inch flat-screen TV with cable and streaming, and access to the deck with outdoor furniture. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Complex Features: The Wildflower Condominiums are located at the Sun Valley Village and are the condos closest to the resort restaurants and shops. Dollar Mountain and the Sun Valley Pavilion are just a short distance away and are an easy walk on the paved bike path. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski mountains and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle. All Wildflower buildings have a shared laundry room available, and these condos offer impressive views of Bald Mountain.

Sun Valley Resort Amenities are NOT included. This property has NO pool access.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. Overall our visit was good. There were issues involving missing slats in shutters which created privacy problems. The missing shutter slat in the bedroom allowed direct vision from the parking area and front of the condo to an area where people undress. This should be repaired.

Have found them to be experienced, professional and always very helpful - thanks to Sara and her team. In terms of this condo: Wildflower is a great location as it is a very short walk into the Sun Valley village. The condo is large, clean with great mattresses and amenities like a washer/dryer on the premises. Is it a bit dated? Yes, but that is why I said it is "exactly as shown" so there were no bad surprises. The owner is kind enough to leave a few things like some basic cooking ingredients, detergent, even a sewing kit for any last minute repairs. Good variety of books in the living room as well as local maps and information. I would definitely rent here again.

Only suggestion is he black out shade & draw cord in the living room need to be replaced. We do look forward to a return visit...

Great location, perfect for families

The condo is clean and stays pretty cool in the summer. The location is perfection - right by the pool and tennis courts, easy walk to the village, walkable to Ketchum and the SV stables to feed the horses and a lovely walk to SV Club for lunch or golf. Amenities pass is great.

Wildflower Condo 609 - COLD

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After arrival it took 7 hours with all the thermostats turned up to bring the heat up. No owner instructions on gas fireplace. Multiple electric switches apparently not connected to anything. Burned out light bulbs or very low wattage; insufficent number of lamps or overheads. Location is not convenient to shuttle transportation. Shuttle access to Bald Mt and town barely adequate, especially in the evening.

Great Summer Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was a great rental for our family of 4. There aren't a lot of reviews, so just to get into some of the practical questions people may have... there is a king bed in the master and two twins in the second bedroom. Both have baths attached. The king bed is more comfortable than your average rental condo. The sheets and bedding are all nice and clean! It's not the scratchy Walmart bedding like some rentals have, and the mattress was great. As always, bring your own pillow if you want a great one, but overall the beds were much better than expected. The parking was easy and not a far distance to unload and load a car. There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but there is one for the building that is literally steps from the front door of this unit. It's free - no need to bring coins - and was almost never in use. We had no issue and never had to wait to do laundry. I think other units may have private washer/dryers, so there didn't seem to be much demand. Also the machines are full size front loaders, not the compact kind you often find in a rental. We were concerned about lack of A/C since we were there during a heat wave. There were no fans in the unit, BUT there are great window coverings that really keep the heat out and the unit stayed surprisingly cool! It doesn't cool down in the summer months until late - sunset isn't until 9ish, but this particular unit stayed much cooler than the one we stayed in the summer prior. We had no issue sleeping. There is a charming brook right outside the door, and the kids loved the deck and exploring the grounds. It's a super short walk to the village - we sent our 8.5 year old twins on their own a few times to get ice cream, and they were delighted to be able to have some independence in a safe area. It's also super close to tennis and the pool. We played tennis and used the olympic pool almost every day! Also a nice walk to the Sun Valley Club for lunch. Overall the location couldn't be any better!

The place is cozy and comfortable. Exactly what I’d hoped for from a place to enjoy some time skiing. If I had to say something negative, it’s a bit dated, but I think the pics reflect that, so it should be clear. The location is great and access to amenities at the lodge is great. We had a car and everything in town was very close. Parking for skiing was very easy and a close drive away. I’d definitely stay here again. The place has good energy and feels great.
