If this brisket were any more tender, I'd swear it'd change from a solid to a liquid. My normal go to for sides at a bbq joint is mac and cheese, but when I saw smoked cabbage, I knew that was my choice this day. I loved smoked foods and the cabbage did not disappoint. I need to get back and try my many options and attempt to save room for dessert. #Trovember

Regarding Sunbury, was just convenient to the location I was doing business at for four days. No good restaurants right by hotel, but a decent one or two 10 minute drive away and several 15-20 minutes South, which all worked out fine.
