"A nice suite with condiments in the kitchen. Makes me feel like coming home after a day out. Good coffee supplied and a nice sharp cutting knife ready to make dinner. Other little things around that make it feel like a home. In winter take warm cushy socks as the door opens to the living room and makes it cool on the floor. Not able to control heat, but it was at a temperature I liked -maybe not for others? I will look for this place again when needed"
"We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). "Nice and clean studio-like apt with everything you might need. This place is close to so many local restaurants and shops and it was very walkable and easy to navigate. Host was very communicative and easy to reach. Had a wonderful time here :)! Would definitely stay here again."

We ended up spending $800 on two other hotels just to get some sleep. The shower fills up to your ankles just an overall horrible time. I had...

10/10 Excellent
"I have stayed in this hotel multiple times and it is my go to for when I need to be near the university. I highly recommend this place. I also like the 3pm coffee and cookies!!!"
"Accessibility to restaurants and eateries is a little sketchy, but Marco Polo is very comfortable. Other than road noise, it's fairly quiet. The managers I met were wonderful. I had a good two nights rest. Just what the Dr. ordered. "
