"I just have to express how utterly dissatisfied/disgusted with my stay (or rather not stay) since we left because the room was so disgusting that we could not stay. First when we arrived we couldn’t check in. There was a note saying be back in 15 minutes so we had to wait around for someone before we could check in. This was after the 3:00pm check in time.
