The host was friendly and welcoming, showed us a lovely forest path to the James River, and gave us information on sites in the area. Great family getaway. Would definitely recommend!"

We enjoyed playing games and visiting around the table on the backyard patio. Lovely quiet neighborhood - easy to find the place. Highly recommend it."

"Lovely spot for a little getaway. The main bed was surprisingly comfortable. The pull out bed was ok for kids, but the mattress would be a little thin for grownups - but it is typical for the type of bed it is. We enjoyed the short walk to the river and being able to have a campfire."

"Such a cute little cabin with everything you need! The bunk beds were comfortable and we had a great time playing horseshoe just steps away from the cabin. There is a little bit of noise from the highway as it is close by but separated by a row of trees and bushes. Overall, cute and totally worth it."
