Ours is a 4 season cottage with easy access to hwy 11 in Sundridge near Huntsville! Level Lot with Kid Friendly Shallow & Weed free Entry to the Sandy Bottom Lake Bernard private dock & beach! Use our sit down pedal boat. BBQ from upstairs deck & enjoy the view of the LAKE. Restaurants, distillery with wine tasting, pharmacy, Foodland, LCBO are all at walkable distance! Walk to the nearby public waterfront park which has a seasonal splash pad, gazebo, beach with kids playground, boat launch.
The space
Our Bungalow Cottage welcomes your family and friends to Muskoka area. It will be very comfortable hosting 10-12 guests.

Main Floor:
- includes a Dining room and Living room that looks out into the horizon of Bernard Lake.
- BBQ and a peaceful sitting area on the Main patio deck
- 2 bedrooms with 4 queen beds and 1 full bathroom
- kitchen will have majority of kitchen supplies for your cooking need

Basement:
- walks out directly onto the grass backyard
- 1 bedroom includes 2 queen beds and 1 full bathroom
- entertainment area includes Pool Table, Foosball Table and sitting area to watch TV
- high speed internet and total two TV
- Parking for 3 cars
