A very disappointing experience

Room dirty with dust and not cleaned after my complaint. Breakfast and dinner are very basic with no minimum chouce of foods. It is a real shame and disgraceful for a supposed 4* hotel. The only positive point is the location.

Rummet spatiöst, verkade nyrenoverat. Fräsch toalett. Varierad frukost även om jag saknade prinskorv till äggröran och riktig vispgrädde till pannkakorna. Flott att bjuda på rejält kvällsmål. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Återkommer gärna.

Fint gammalt hotell med god frukost. Dock trist med badkar på rummet då min fru har rörelsenedsättning. Ganska varmt på rummet också men i övrigt helt OK. Kommer ev. tillbaks om jag har ärende ensam i Sundsvall men kanske inte på sommaren.

Fint rum och bra personal, resten höll inte måttet

Rummet i sig var fint och fräscht och personalen trevlig. Det som drar ner betyget är: - Det var en riktigt varm dag och rummet saknade AC och fläkt (alla var redan utlånade) vilket gjorde att att rummet var helt olidligt varmt - Badrummet hade glasdörr, delvis frostad. Dock inte tät så ja, inte idealiskt om man bor två personer i samma rum. Dessutom hade det en skjutdörr som skramlade varje gång man drog i den (vilket väckte den andra vid toabesök under natten) - Frukosten var sisådär, väldigt tråkigt och litet utbud - Det var oerhört stökigt på gatan utanför (nån bar precis runt hörnet) och tystnade först runt 3:30 på morgonen. Detta kan hotellet inte rå för dock

Jag bodde hos er i två nätter den 13/14 och 14/15 juni då tåget mot Umeå inte gick p.g.a. kabelfel. Jag blev både väl och personligt omhändertagen i receptionen när jag kom. Frukosten var alldeles utmärkt, och jag värdesatta mycket middagen som var vällagad och långt utöver den standard man möter. Bravo. Tack också Marcus i receptionen som gjorde detta till en så angenäm vistelse! Jag har noggrant noterat ert hotell på favoritlistan! Jag noterade också att på rummet fanns mycket god litteratur, Göran Tunström och Tomas Tranströmer!!! Bra val!
