When we arrived at the hotel and contacted with the Agent, we were told that NO ROOM was lept for us and we were told to Grab to another hotel (which was much poor in terms of facilities, even no micro-wave oven was provided and broken bed) for checking in."

"This is a hotel with front desk. There was self serve laundry room and a small supermarket on ground floor (there were also a new Japanese restaurant next door which was good) There was a gym which was almost empty most of the time - but could do with a bit more equipments. There where also a pool. room was clean but quite small. When we were there it was still quite a new hotel building probably need more lift as we felt crowded taking the lift all the time host never get back to us on any...
