The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring that our needs were met. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle bus service to the Adventure Waterpark, which made our trip even more enjoyable and hassle-free. "It was great - right by the beach. Breakfast was okay - wasn’t the best but it was good. The range was very good - make sure you have the omelette and french toast! Room was good - air con was cold. The doors don’t close fully so had a few mosquitos. Would defo stay here again!"

"Great for travelers with kids. There is a water park at the hotel and some sea activities. Wanted a place to chill, and the cafes are far away from the hotel rooms and are very quiet at night. Room was very convenient, microwave fridge, so getting food back to room to eat is the way to go. Toilets are kinda old. Not easy to flush."

"I had to change room 3 times because the windows couldn't be closed so mosquitoes were coming into the room. Each room had some issue either with windows or aircon. The room I ended up in was dirty, there was something spilled on the floor and table, and the shower was constantly dripping. The condition of the hotel was very poor. "
