"A fab property in Salcombe. Well equipped kitchen and laundry room. A comfy lounge, great dining table with plenty of chairs. Every bedroom had great beds and nice linen. We had a great time and hope to return sometime. A great location for a 15 min walk into town, but be prepared for the hill on the way back! 😂 We had a fab weekend and loved it. "

"We had a wonderful stay in this stylish, clean, well equipped comfortable home. It had everything we needed. The card and welcome pack were much appreciated and enjoyed; a lovely touch. The house is centrally located and only a few minutes from the town and (fairly steep hills and lots of steps) and beaches. The walk to North sands is lovely, and no need to take the car! Fab food locally, and plenty to do without straying too far. The hosts, Lou and Will were very helpful and responsive - great recomendations on beaches and local places to eat and drink. Thank you!"

"The apartment is well appointed and Penny, the owner, very helpful. It has one of the best views in the building with two balconies facing the estuary and coast. The location is excellent with two hotel restaurants, a spa, coffee shop, and a short ferry ride to Salcombe nearby. A National Trust property begins next door offering plentiful footpaths along the coast or fields of wildflowers. "

"Clean and super convenient property. Good amenities, great garden and super comfy beds. Difficult to get hold of the management company prior to arrival. But other than that, great property and a good location. "
