Clean room! Very spacious. It had a decent sized refrigerator (not a dorm fridge), a stove top, dishes. It was a mini studio apt. And the price was perfect. I loved the predominant Russian vibe there in the guests, the cafes, and shops close by. Old Samovar restaurant (15 min. walk) served superb traditional Russian food. Felt very safe walking around on my own, although Collins Ave. was noisy.
