"I had an excellent stay and was genuinely impressed with this hotel. The room was superb, the location perfect, and the service impeccable. The staff were friendly and efficient, and I loved the fun touch of the little cart with fresh, complimentary popcorn when I arrived. When I checked out, I accidentally left a shopping bag from Apple Park behind — including a new Apple Watch. I rushed back from the train station and was relieved to find it had been safely set aside. Eli at the reception desk returned it to me with a smile. I’ll absolutely be staying here again next time I’m in town!"

"I enjoy staying at the Grand, the staff is courteous and it's always clean. The rooms are larger than most and the beds are comfortable. The furniture could use some updating. This is a great hotel for the price. It reminds me of forgotten times, with fresh fruit in your room, a complimentary water. Complimentary breakfast, with bagels, muffins, coffee, juice, cereals and courteous staff. I love that they change the mat in the elevator each day of the week. There are a lot of little things that make my stay comforting. Lastly, free wifi and parking This is a great deal!"

"My wife and I stayed one night for a San Jose State football game. The hotel is conveniently located. It has been remodeled, but still a bit dated. The windows don’t close well so when loud cars are driving by on a Saturday night, you can hear them. Other than that, everything was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful."
