Bunk Room Fun: The basement has a bunk room that sleep seven and is ideal for the kids (or the whole family!). It features a king-sized bed for parents, plus a full bath with a walk-in shower and ample space for everyone to get ready. Lots of towel hooks too.
Comfortable Bedrooms: The three upstairs bedrooms (including the "Captain’s Quarters" king master) feature comfortable mattresses, quality linens and ample closet space, . All rooms have ceiling fans and bedside charging docks.

Sol Mate’s basement is the ultimate play zone. Custom-painted walls by a local artist set the stage for endless fun with a pool table, arcade game, 42” Roku TV, and board games for all ages. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining. With a large granite island, Wolf cooktop, generous pantry space, and a variety of cooking gadgets (including a Ninja blender for smoothies and frozen cocktails), and a high quality pancake griddle, it’s a chef’s dream. The spacious dining room seats 8, and there’s a second fridge downstairs for extra groceries.
