With two rooms and three beds, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.

The open concept living area features a cozy queen sleeper sofa, electric fireplace, and plush bean bag chairs creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The 65” flat screen TV offers numerous streaming apps of your choice. Whether you're cooking a delicious meal on the gas range or simply enjoying a quiet evening, the fully stocked kitchen and large refrigerator provide everything you need.

The accommodation boasts two queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all. The Hideaway is located above the three car garage of a private residence. You will access the Hideaway from Turn Bridge Court, which is the side street and use a separate asphalt driveway to park and enter through a private entrance. We do use ADT security and Ring surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property for safety and security.

We will leave you our subdivision pool pass to get you access to the Grand Point Pool. Please follow all rules established by the Lodge of Four Seasons.

Shower before entering the pool

There are restrooms, an outdoor shower, playground, bocce court, and pickleball courts available at the Grand Point Park. Note surveillance is in use there 24/7.
