"It was extremely hot in the room, despite air conditioning being on. We asked for a fan which staff said they would bring to our room but never did! Bed was horrible!!"

"The room was quiet and comfortable. Nice firm mattress. Hot tub was clean and hot, but the wall control panel is on the verge of giving out. I hope management will fix it BEFORE it stops working altogether. Staff was caring and helpful. I would like to see house keeping focus on details a little closer. Tops of hanging lights in the lobby are dirty and visible from second floor when waiting for the elevator. Corners and edges of the elevator floor had build up debris. Entry door to the pool could use a deep clean and polish. We had a nice stay for a better price than some of fancier places in the area. I can tell that the staff care and appreciate their efforts to keep up with the maintenance. "

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the river views were absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy the trip. The breakfast was fresh and had great options, and the rooftop/lounge area gave the whole stay an upscale atmosphere. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful and perfect stay in the Quad Cities area."
