"Room was nasty, there was spilled coffee stains on the walls, bugs in the shower, the hotel asked for a deposit, then proceeded to re-charge my card for the entire booking AS well as the deposit, when asked how they would compensate for the plans I had to cancel due to their mistake (which was the entire reason we travelled there) they said they couldn’t do anything because I booked through a 3rd party"

"The location was great. We were looking for a property close to activities and walkable area for us and our dog. I golfed in the Southern Pines area and property was close to the courses I played. The host made check-in very convenient and provided all needed information."

"The rooms were unclean even at check in the bedsheets were dirty the staff never offered clean sheets nor clean room. The chair was dirty their were roaches everywhere I took photos and complained to management yet nothing done"

"This is a great location very close to downtown Southern Pines. If you are coming to enjoy the area or coming for a golfers weekend, this is a great place to stay. It is very roomy, well setup for relaxation with plenty of places to sit and enjoy. I can't wait to come back and explore more and play some more of the 20 different golf courses in the area.I would say this is a great place for one large family or two families with separate sleeping quarters for both parents and kids. It will also be a great place for a group of golfers, one or 2 foursomes. "
