"Clean room"

"This hotel was virtually brand new so it was so clean and modern. The staff were amazing and it was very quiet. My only reason for the 4 stars was the bed. It was hard as a rock. For a brand new hotel, I would have expected better bedding but I slept so horribly because the bed was so hard. Consider upgrading to a better quality bed that matches the loveliness of the rest of hotel and the experience. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The kiddie pool was cold. We asked about it and it was “fixed” but honestly it barely got warmer. There were lots of kids there but none stayed in that part for more than 10 mins. We have a toddler and we’re planning on spending most of our time in the playground pool but didn’t spend any time there. "

"A decent place for the money, we would stay here again. We wanted a highly rated hotel for a low rate (who doesn't) with free breakfast, pool, hot tub, and fitness room. It's clean, but not in new condition anymore hence the lower price, but still fine. Nice hot tub, pool, small waterslide great for kids maybe 8-12 yr range. Can use some maintenance and updating but not bad. Included a typical continental breakfast including waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, simple bakery like small muffins, danishes or donuts, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee, milk, juice, bananas, oranges, etc. And hot coffee and tea all day/night, a plus for me :). Also a nice little bar with 2 complementary alcohol beverages. Small fitness room with 1 weight machine, 1 bike, 1 treadmill. My daughter used the treadmill to run, I used the bike, I would have preferred a second treadmill but it's fine. Over 3 days we were never in there with anyone else, so not in high demand. Nice sitting area in the lobby with books and board games. Our room was on the first floor and had lots of foot traffic throughout the night above us, apparently the floors are wood and not spancrete type like I've seen in other places. Maybe a second floor room would have been quieter, but it wasn't terrible, didn't need to move or even complain. The staff is friendly. All that said, still not a bad place, would stay here next time if in the area again."
