"The place had some nice touches such as champagne toast upon arrival and the tastings on some of the nights at the neighboring property. The pools were nice and the food and drink were very good. I was disappointed in the room itself. I felt it was not up to the standards for the price charged. It seemed run down and dingy with stains on the walls and cabinets. The shower head was partially clogged, resulting in very slow water flow. The bed was too small (my mistake for thinking a double would be the same as queen). The balcony was not really a usable balcony but a stepout. It was very narrow, fitting a chair however not room for your legs unless you turned the chair sideways. Overall it was a nice stay, but the room was not what was expected. Went exploring other properties that were in the same price range and they looked more upscale than this one. Would try someplace else next time."

"One of the best stays that we have had. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Being beach front, you can hear the waves as you cook dinner or sleep at night. The unit has everything you need for your stay on the beach, including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and even some games for the kids. The host Brian was amazing. We told him we were celebrating a birthday while we were there and he had a nice arrangement of deserts ready for us when we arrived. He was very communicative and a great host. We will most definitely plan another stay at Brian's place!!"

"Room was terrible! AC did not work, Bathroom door knob was barely hanging on. Toilet was nasty upon check in, checked out the next day and moved to another venue. Completely dissatisified!"

"We were not told about the $25 @ day parking fee that would be added to our bill. While the bathroom was large it had no counter or storage space. It didn’t even have a towel rack. We did have a patio that we enjoyed. We also enjoyed daily live music. "

"Clean and rooms were good, not over the top but great for people that have kids and don’t want to worry about breaking expensive things or keep elder people up. Bar scene is great. Convenient access to the beach, stores, restaurants and neighboring hotels."
