"Booked this house through VRBO without thinking I had to read every line of every description. Since VRBO says they only rent houses that do not have the owners on property apparently doesn't mean exactly that. The owners are on an apartment on the top of this house with use of stairs and driveway."

"This property is just 3 houses from direct beach access with plenty of parking and a downstairs laundry. There are many kitchen conveniences ( dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc) although some of the pots and pans need replacement ( ie scored teflon). "A short review cannot do this property justice. With it's breath-taking views, easy beach access, and great layout, this house is where you want to bring a group or family for a great getaway. Located at the end of a gated community, the home offers views on three sides with spectacular setting sun picture opportunities. Also the house is well appointed with a double kitchen - two refrigerators, and two dishwashers. Additionally, there's even a third refrigerator in the first floor game room....

"The house was very nice and super clean. The location is perfect due to only being 5 minutes from the beach, as well as 15 mins from some awesome restaurants and activities. The owners of the property sent step by step instructions on what to do as well as a list of places for us to dine at. The neighborhood is very nice and so are the golf courses surrounding the property. Definalty loved our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat!!"
