"Food was great"

"The interior of the house was clean and neat! Unfortunately, the grass was almost up to our knees and should have been cut weeks ago. The front porch & walkway area had debris that should have been swept. The kitchen was stocked well with plenty of pots, pans, and many utensils which was great!! Unfortunately we could not regulate the AC. The thermostat upstairs would light up but we could not change anything. The thermostat on the main floor didn't even light up:(. I contacted the host but it took 24 hours for them to call me. The house is on the lake and even though the water level can't be controlled, it would have been nice to know before we arrived, that there was no water in the cove this house is located. This is in a very convenient location to Lake Lanier Islands where my company was holding an event. If these items are corrected, I would definitely stay here again!"

"The property was beautiful inside and the outside area was very nice. We would have preferred an actual bed on the main floor rather than the “porch swing” but all of the casual spaces to sit and talk with family members and friends made up for that.We would still rebook this property. We did enjoy our stay!!"

"Perfect!! Very Family Friendly setting with an amazing backyard and patio! Comfortable beds and couches and ample room to hang-out! Close to historic Buford (adorable and cute restaurants) and 2 miles from Lanier Islands Resort (where conference and weddings occur). Morning strolls to the Marina! Host handled us with such care - even left brownies for our arrival! Don’t think twice - reserve this gem before someone else does!!"

"Wonderful accommodations!! Beds were very comfortable and plenty of room. Outside area is incredible! (Only item we would note is to make sure to bring paper plates and extra towels if you have a large party.)"

"Prefectly peaceful retreat on Lake Lanier for a large family. Beautiful views from every room. It's clean. Beautifully furnished & decorated. Ten TV's (the grandkids were so impressed w that). We Loved cooking & cleaning in the fully stocked, large kitchen/living room. Huge table to spend hours with the family, eating, playing games and just hanging out. Comfortable beds & bedding. And then there's the lower level with the fun playroom/bar for Everyone. The big grandkids really enjoyed that space! There's a huge floating dock about 94 steps to the water with a couple kayaks we were allowed to use, altho we didn't. Communication with Deb was seamless. She was very generous and welcoming. This home was a blessing for our family.We're Very grateful and we hope to return. "

"This was definitely a no-fault experience! Even one of the neighbors made the experience more enjoyable by spending quality time fishing the nearby docks with my grandson! I'd stay there again without question! "
