Room cleaning is by daily request which I didn't know until 3rd day of 4 day stay."

"5 floors! When u arrive some mulch smell outside which did seem to linger for some of the evening (idk if that’s all the time). Room clean. Beds comfortable-seem to have a “pillow top” feeling. Has breakfast which was fine-your “typical” breakfast at any other hotel, nothing outstanding but was good. We didn’t use the pool but we stopped by and that too was clean. Check out easy. Parking was fine. "

"a functionally adequate room, room was clean. Bed and pillows are not very comfortable. Lots of people talking in the hallways. The curtain is the exact size of the window and about 10" away from the window so the very bright lights from the parking area illuminate the room. Bring a sleep mask and ear plugs. The breakfast area is really small and only has 2 tables for eating so there's no room if there are already other guests eating. All the room keys stopped working in the morning, so I made my breakfast, went back to the room juggling it all, had to come back down where the guy at the front desk told me all the room keys stopped working. Too bad he didn't tell me that when I interacted with him while I was making my bagel. Had to get a new key made and juggle my breakfast while going back up to the room a second time. Would not stay here again."
