"Using towels felt like drying with 220 grit sandpaper. TV remote did not work. One fire door to outside had a broken hinge and did not close, another doors latch was broken so it wasn't a secure entry way. Parking lot needs resurfacing and painting."

In addition, there was no hot water available the evening I arrived or the following morning. These issuesmade my stay quite inconvenient, and I wanted to make sure the hotel was aware so they can be addressed. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide regarding this matter. "Room 316 the bed closes to the window has a very big dent in it. Could not get a comfortable sleep. The Hot Tub and Pool needed some care, They both were very CLOUDY. I took pictures of both. Not clean .. Great Day!"

"This property is very dated. I have stayed at many SpringHill Suites and this does not meet the mark for their line. The beds were comfy, however the bathroom had some mold noted on the ceiling, and everything was very early 2000’s. There were issues with the card systems, and staff was extremely helpful. The elevators were filthy. "

"A/C did not work. It was in the 60s outside but about 80 in the room. Had to stay at another hotel."
