"Front desk was friendly enough. I liked how we got all clean towels for day 2. The room smelled very strong of sanitizer or something, was overwhelming for the 1st hour. There was a burn hole in the comforter, so we know at last one guest has smoked in the room. The bath floor was sticky and the carpet was more than a little dirty. Tv worked fine and had plenty of plugs. The breakfast was just bagged stuff, granola bar, yogurt, cinnamon roll, water. With graduation in town there weren't a lot of choices. 3 star means, ok to me, and this was ok, and pretty easy to improve"

"There was roaches and fleas. The cleaning was horrible there was hair on the toilet with dry pee. Hair in the shower and what looked like mold in the fridge and cabinets. I was shocked and very disappointed. The staff was rude and unprofessional when I tried to bring it to their attention. Never again will I be back."
