"I booked a downstairs handicap accessible room thru Expedia. I called the location and verified my room was downstairs. I explained I was on a walker and could not to stairs. They verified I had a downstairs room. When I checked in they said I was in 201. I told them I booked and paid for a downstairs room. I was told they gave my room to someone else. I told them that was not going to work. The front desk lady changed my room to 107 when I told her had already paid for my room. She was very polite and courteous. I was unhappy with the breakfast in a bag. Yogurt, mixed fruit cup, mini muffin and a breakfast bar. Overall I would stay at this location again. Room was very clean."
