"You have to know there is no physical place to check in. You have to call a number they give us a nice and 2 days later they said we have to change ´´´we will upgrade yoû’´ it was only same condo but 2 floors higher. Not better. And ask us to change room one hour in advance 😡 be advise this place is nice but management is very poor"

"We had a wonderful stay overall. The service was outstanding — staff went above and beyond at every turn. The room was great and the location couldn’t be beat, putting us close to everything we wanted to see and do. The one thing holding this back from a full 5 stars was the cleanliness of the room. It wasn’t up to the standard I’d expect given how well everything else was run. A bit more attention to housekeeping and this would easily be a perfect stay. Would still recommend to others and would consider staying again."
