"Here what I didn’t like as follows:
The room I received did not match the room description on Expedia.
* The front desk said they only received a reservation for two king beds, even though your Expedia confirmation showed two king beds, two twin beds, and a sofa for the two rooms.
* The staff argued with me instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally.
