The amenities are great. If you are an indoor pool kind of person like me, right now the indoor pool is closed but we had a blast at the pool which was super close to the condo. Totally relaxing and we recommend."

Beds/pillows were VERY comfortable with very nice quilts. Also, there were lots of supplies in the closet if needed (TP, etc.) Always appreciate that. Access to food/coffee and parks was easy and walkable. The listing gives details about very tight parking and the need to back out. But smaller cars are the only ones that would fit...

"My son and I stayed here on a visit to see my daughter. The place was perfect with a pull out couch bed. The unit is very clean and well appointed. The rooftop pool is a fun place to hang out and cool off. We could easily walk to downtown, the river walk, and Rainey Street bars and restaurants. The view from the unit is amazing. Would definitely stay here again."

"There were some communication errors with the vacasa staff. Twice, our room card expired and had to get new ones. Lots of construction in the area at present so be aware of that. Other than that, the suite was gorgeous! Rooftop pool was great! Fitness area was very clean and well equipped! Pet friendly!"

The reviews about the front bedroom and hearing the street noise is 100% accurate. But I'm a heavy sleeper and it did not affect me one bit. But it definitely could if you are a light sleeper. "In town for UT graduation and this place was perfect. Recently renovated from an old apartment building, the complex looks a tad sketchy upon drive-up but those fears quickly disappeared. Nice, spacious, safe, convenient, well-appointed unit feels brand new. Location is perfect with easy access to campus and downtown (via Guad & Lamar) and very quick & easy to get in/out of town (via 35 & MoPac). And a reserved parking spot right in front! Will definitely stay here again!!"

Great relaxing stay me and my wife really never left the condo. Great experience and the lake is peaceful. Staying away from the city life is very relaxing. Definitely going to come back next year."
