Loved the view and staff was very nice. Improvement area: It would be more convenient if the gondola was open until 9:00pm. Closing at six makes it impossible to have dinner in Banff. However, shuffle service was good, just had wait 15 minutes.

Most of the employees are young and from different countries. Very friendly and enjoyed talking to each one of them . Even the gondola employees always spoke to us and asked about our day.

Absolutely must go see the scenic view at the top of the chair lift. I cannot express enough how beautiful that view is,
