"We love staying here and have never had complaints, however this time when we checked-in at 345 we were told the only room type left that we had requested was on the 1st floor facing the freeway right by the 3 way intersection. The traffic noise was bad until 11 & then woke us again off & on starting at 5. We even have a loud white noise machine. They should rethink room charges for that block of rooms. Dealing with that noise, we should not pay the same full price ($300+ a night that weekend) as the quiet hillside view. I did tell the front desk upon check-out and she said that is one of their frequent complaints. I was told they couldn’t give a discount because I booked through hotels.com. Our room was #105."

"Clean towels and bedding however the room itself was very unclean. Dirty walls and curtains. Tiny bathroom!! Air was working well and opened the windows but there were homeless people walking around and didn't feel super safe. Staff were very nice!!"
