The apartment is located on the first floor and has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, WC and hairdryer, as well as a hallway with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. One of the bedrooms offers a private balcony with a view of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster and dining area. The living room has SAT-TV, air conditioning, corner sofa, armchair and coffee table.



The apartment includes two private outdoor areas: a covered terrace on the south side and a balcony on the north side, both with tables and chairs, ideal for relaxing or outdoor meals. Air conditioning, heating, WiFi, washing machine (communal with the landlord), iron, vacuum cleaner, high chair and cot available upon request. Pets are allowed upon request.



In the outdoor area, there are sun terrace, sun loungers, parasols, garden terrace, paddling pool and fruit and vegetable garden available. A boat landing stage for small boats is available on request. Parking spaces for two vehicles are located on the property.



The situation is calm, only a few minutes' walk from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and the town centre. Activities in the area include water sports, diving, cycling, hiking, national park visits, horse riding, wine tasting, theme parks and various sporting opportunities.



Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, internet, electricity, water, heating, tourist tax and the use of the high chair. Additional services such as breakfast, airport transfer, baby cot or pets are available for an extra charge.
