In the main house, the living and dining room is a welcoming communal space equipped with a flat screen satellite TV and air conditioning, with direct access to the roofed terrace. The open kitchen is fully appointed with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The first bedroom in the main house features 1 french bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, a shower with WC, and air conditioning. The second bedroom in the main house offers 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and air conditioning.

The separate house contains 2 further bedrooms, each accessible via its own external entrance.
