Beautiful marsh home built higher than most with ocean, marsh, and Intracoastal views from decks and porches. Enjoy private pool, inverted living area with open floor plan. Dining table comfortably seats 10. Two master bedrooms and two sitting areas with TVs. Ceiling fans in sitting areas and three bedrooms. Includes High-speed internet, Expanded Cable, Enclosed H/C Outdoor Shower, Gas Grill, Picnic Table and Benches. Pack & Play and High Chair. Beach Access between 963 & 965 OBW.

Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Towels are provided for Weekly Rentals only.

Holden Summer 2021

Excellent stay, no complaints. One of the few properties that the photos didn't do it justice. Felt like we were the first people that ever rented it. Great kitchen layout with all the utensils. Awesome game closet. The short walk to the public access boardwalk to the beach was a non issue. 5+ stars
