Adorable home stocked with all the desired comforts. Three decks and crow’s nest offering panoramic views of the ocean and island. Beach access right across the street between 1135 & 1139 OBW. First-rate technology including WIFI and large flat screen TVs in each bedroom and living room. Screened porch with ping pong table. Beautiful pool. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys provided for guest use under home.

Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Towels are provided for Weekly Rentals only.

Great house. Great location. Right across from the beach entrance. Can highly recommend this house! Fully stocked kitchen with all the stuff you need to make great meals. Charcoal Grill is good for bigger pieces of food

We were so happy with our stay at Holden Jeanie. The house was clean and very well stocked. Towels and cleaning products are not supplied but this is known beforehand so just plan ahead. The pool area is top notch and there is beach access directly across the street. We loved the ocean view from the front porch and Crow's nest, especially for being a 2nd row house. Thank you for giving us a perfect experience!

This property is perfect in many ways. The pool area is perfect size and was very clean. Tons of beach chairs and boogie boards are available. The location is in a quiet area on the west end and is directly across the street from a beach access. The property was extremely clean and roomy enough for the 6 of us. The kitchen was more than well stocked. Coastal vacations was amazing to rent from. Quick communication and smooth check in/out. The beds were extremely comfortable. The crows nest had some nice sunset views. We would definitely choose this property again.....near perfection.
