The modern style is relaxed and comfortable in this new-fashioned cottage where the open floor plan living/dining/kitchen overlooks swaying seagrass and rolling waves. You may settle into a rocker on your large covered oceanside porch, or enjoy your private sun deck. Each bedroom has a refreshed private bath, large windows, ceiling fan and TV. This great location, one-level convenience, fully-equipped kitchen, widescreen TVs and WIFI ensure that this is your perfect vacation accommodation.

Beautiful beach house!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful beachfront house. The house itself was very clean and nice inside. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of our guests. Especially loved the large porch facing the ocean. Would highly recommend this place!

It was just right for us! The porch makes this place! Super easy beach access. Loved picking up local seafood and cooking for everyone.

Didn't Want to Leave!

Delightful property! Decor was so charming and it was apparent that quite a bit of thought and work went into redoing this older house. It was a pleasure to study all the attention given to details in this wonderful beach cottage. Holden Beach has such a relaxing vibe, so being able to take our dog and enjoy beachfront was perfect. The cottage was very clean considering the allowance for dogs. The only features that needed attention were the carpet and sofa in the living area but that was understandable given that it was after the end of the busy vacation season and dogs were allowed. But the same could be said for allowing children who can bring their own "messy stuff" too! :-) Thank you owners for sharing your home with us........
